This policy describes how the S1 Digital Data Sync application ("the application") accesses, uses, and stores data. The application is a private, backend-only service operated internally by S1 Digital. It has no public users and no public sign-up.
Information the application accesses
The application retrieves read-only advertising and analytics reporting data, via official Google APIs, for accounts S1 Digital owns or is authorised to manage:
- Google Ads API — advertising performance metrics.
- Display & Video 360 API — delivery metrics.
- Google Analytics Data API (GA4) — aggregated website analytics metrics.
- Google Search Console API — organic search performance metrics.
The application requests read-only scopes only. It does not create, modify, or delete data in any Google service, and it does not access personal Gmail, Drive, contacts, or profile data.
How information is used
Data is used solely to produce S1 Digital's internal and client marketing performance reports. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not transferred to third parties other than the client to whom the data pertains.
How information is stored and protected
Retrieved data is stored in S1 Digital's secure internal database hosted on Microsoft Azure, accessible only to authorised S1 Digital personnel. Credentials are stored securely server-side and are never exposed publicly. Access is restricted and audited.
Data retention
Reporting data is retained for as long as needed for performance reporting and is removed when no longer required for that purpose.
Limited Use disclosure. S1 Digital Data Sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
